I recently had Top Tier Construction install my new Andersen 400 Series patio door. The job turned out to be more involved than expected because there was rotten framing that needed to be repaired, the new door was slightly smaller than the old one, and the siding had to be reworked. He took the time to do the job correctly instead of taking shortcuts. The finished door looks great, slides smoothly, locks properly, and seals well. Communication was good throughout the project, and he was responsive whenever I had questions. I appreciate the quality of the workmanship and would recommend Top Tier Construction to anyone looking for a contractor who takes pride in doing the job right.

I’d give 10 stars if I could. Top Tier Construction answered my phone call when i inquired, which is more than I can say about the majority of the companies in the tri-state that don’t even make an effort to call back. The prices were fair and the work was exactly what I asked for. Baseboard and trim installed throughout the entire house, multiple doors, and replaced the wood work on multiple windows. After seeing the quality was what I desired and that the work was done in a timely manner I’ve made a list of other upgrades I plan to get bids on from TopTier here in the near future. You will be happy with the work. Going to edit my review with pictures once I take some.
